Ingredients-
Uptown fresh lettuce
3 potatoes
1 medium size carrot
6-7 French beans
1/3-1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp chopped garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped green chilies
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
5-6 tbsp bread crumbs
Salt as per taste
5-6 tbsp oil
Directions-
Rinse and steam or boil 3 medium sized potatoes, 1 medium carrot, 8-9 French beans, and 1/3 cup peas.
Peel and chop the veggies and place them with the green peas in a pan.
Add water just about covering the vegetables. Cover and simmer on medium low flame until veggies are fork tender.
Now mash the potatoes and let it cool down. Then add the chopped veggies.
Mix everything well and keep it aside.
Now finely chop the onions and crush garlic and green chilies in a mortar- pestle.
