Merry Salad
Lettuce : Sweet, crunchy and juicy. This merry salad is perfectly festive for any season.

Ingredients:
1 uptown fresh butterhead
2 orange/malta , segmented
2 tbsp pistachios, toasted
3 ounces dates, pitted and quartered
1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds (optional)
½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar (optional)
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. maple syrup or Honey
1 small garlic clove, grated
¼ tsp. fine sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparations :
Take a bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey/maple, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix it with a whisker until all the ingredients are completely mixed. Just before serving gently toss the lettuce leaves,onion,oranges/malta and dressing together. Garnish it with pom seeds and pistachios.
